Yesterday,
we went to London where we saw many interesting and famous things, such as:
Buckingham Palace,
The London Eye, Elizabeth Tower (Big Ben), The Shard - which is one of the
highest skyscrapers in Europe, Tower Bridge, City Hall (which is spherical in
form) and also The Tower of London.
We had a lot fun in shops, including: M&M’s
World, Hamley’s toy shop; the oldest toy shop in the world!
In the
afternoon, we had the chance of visiting Trafalgar Square and the National Museum
and those big sculptures.
In the evening for dinner we went to Hyde Park.
We were surprised because there was a place called ‘Speakers’ corner’, where
you can speak to everyone about any theme, except getting on with the Queen or
the Crown. There, we ate and after that we went to the train station to get
back to the Oratory school.
