Interview with the teachers
As today’s activity,
teachers have decided that is a good idea to write an interview of our English
teachers. Today we are interviewing Saul, the B2 English teacher at the Oratory’s
school.
Where do you come from?
-I come
from Manchester but I studied in Oxford for the last 4 years-.
How old are you?
-I’m 22 years old and the first time I came
here when I was 20 -.
What do you work at?
-I’m
a PhD student in chemistry-.
Which sport do you enjoy practising?
-I
like playing squash but I confess I’m not very good at it-.
Why did you decide to come to the summer
course?
-This
is my third year teaching and I always have a great time J -.
Which are the most difficult things to
learn for Spanish students?
-The
most difficult things are prepositions (in, on, at) and phrasal verbs (leave up
to) -.
What is your main purpose to reach at
this summer course?
-My
main purpose is to improve the students’ English without forgetting to have fun-.
What advice would you give to the
student’s parents after the camp?
It’s
a difficult question… Continue going to classes during the course and try to
travel to different English places-.
